If an item has been incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to supply the item only at the correct price. If we become aware after you place your order that a price is incorrect, we will give you the option of re-ordering the item at the correct price or cancelling your order. If payment has already been authorised but your order has not been dispatched when we realise an error we will offer to refund your payment in full.

If any of the goods are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund via your original mode of payment.
DELIVERY
CIRO aims to dispatch all items within 2 working days unless there is any doubt about a delivery address or an item is out of stock. We will contact you if that is the case. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to addresses within the UK and 10-14 working days for International orders. Delivery will be arranged to the precise shipping address specified on your order form.
Standard UK delivery is £9.00. This cost is inclusive of postage and packaging. Your item(s) will be sent 1st Class Special (recorded) Delivery - a signature will be required. Standard delivery to Europe is £15 and £20 for the rest of the world. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders require a full valid postcode. In some countries it is not possible for us to to deliver to P.O boxes. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we do not accept responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive. An extra delivery charge may become payable if you are not present to accept delivery. Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery or, if you wrongfully refuse delivery, when delivery is attempted.
All orders are shipped from the UK. They may be subject to customs and VAT charges depending on the country to which they are shipped. Any delay at customs in the receiving country is outside of our control.
Please use the form on the Contact Us page if you have any further questions.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are a consumer, as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel within 14 working days of delivery of goods to you. You can do this by email before returning items for a full refund (see Refunds and Exchanges) - minus the original postage charge.
RETURNS
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange it for a different item please email us at info@cirojewellery.comquoting your order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require an exchange or refund. We will then advise you on how to proceed.
All items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery to you and 21 days for all international orders for an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bespoke or made-to-order items unless the item is faulty or, for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings. If a security tag is removed, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Returning an item is at your own cost unless faulty. We recommend that you use insured post (keeping proof of your dispatch). The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will email you when your item has been received back. If you return an item without notification we will simply hold onto it and await your contact.
Exchanges and refunds usually only take a few days to process. Your refund will be full, minus postage charges, and made via your original method of payment. If an item is faulty please email us and we will contact the supplier.
We are happy to accept returns on all items apart from Bespoke, Made to Order, and pierced earrings, for an exchange or refund providing:
1) You have emailed us to notify us of your wish to return or exchange the item.
-
The item is returned to us within 14 days from the date of your invoice (we make allowances for Christmas and Bank Holidays etc). We allow 21 days for International orders.
-
The item is returned to us in the same condition as we dispatched it - unworn and with all the original packaging intact and the security tags in place.
SALE ITEMS
Sale or promotional items are available until stocks last and do not affect your 6 months warranty period.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please check your item(s) for any faults when you receive them. If the item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and details of the fault, stating whether you require a replacement or refund. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. There will be no postage charge to the customer in the case of replacing a faulty item. We may need to contact the manufacturer to request their assessment of the fault – this may cause a delay in dealing with replacements or refunds. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of common wear and tear or customer negligence are not considered to be faulty.
RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email us at info@cirojewellery.comquoting your order number, full name and address, details of the product and explaining how this is different from your original order.
LOST ITEMS
A refund for lost items may be dependent upon a Royal Mail compensation claim (we make sure everything is adequately insured). We will only consider a claim for missing items if it is made within 10 days from the date of dispatch.
UNCOLLECTED OR REFUSED ORDERS
If your order is refused on delivery or uncollected and subsequently returned to us postage may be charged and we will not accept responsibility for lost items as a result.
LATE RETURNS
You have 14 days (21 days for International orders) from the day of delivery to return your item along with your original invoice which is enclosed with all orders. Items received outside this time frame will not be eligible for refund. Any credit notes will be at our discretion.
WARRANTY
CIRO products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Customers will need to produce proof of purchase.
